PRINTED CERTIFICATES
Printed Marriage / Birth Certificates
We are happy to confirm that we can now apply on behalf of our clients (be they couples we marry or not) with the service of securing printed certificates on their behalf. The following printed certificates can be applied for:
- Printed Abridged Marriage Certificate
Available once the wedding has been registered at Home Affairs. This is only available to couples where one or both are either SA citizens or SA Permanent Residents. - Printed Full Unabridged Marriage Certificate
This document is issued by Home Affairs and can take anywhere from 12 to 18 months to be issued, despite what HA actually promise. If you are not in a hurry, then there is no need to expedite the certificate issuing. - Printed Full Unabridged Birth Certificate
This document is issued by Home Affairs and can take anywhere from 6 to 12 months to be issued, despite what HA actually promise. If you are not in a hurry then there is no need to expedite the certificate issuing. - Apostile Certification of a Full Certificate
If you require a Full Certificate (marriage or birth) for a foreign government then you will definitely require an Apostile to be issued on the certificate. - Expedite Issuing of Full Certificates
Should you require a Full Unabridged Marriage or Birth Certificate in a hurry, then we also offer the service of expediting the certificate once we have made the initial application for the certificate. The expediting allows for the certificate to be printed within 5 to 10 working days from application.
Sundry – All quotes for certificates will include a courier fee for local (SA) delivery of the certificate. Should you require your certificate to be couriered internationally, then that would be quoted on an ad-hoc basis.
