Step 1
Complete the booking form, fax or email it back to us and pay your booking fee to secure the time and date. Read and sign the terms and conditions.

Step 2
Make sure we have all the required paperwork and documents without delay. Copies of ID books or Passports, Copies of divorce decrees (if divorced) Copy of late spouse death certificate (if widowed), Copies of ID or Passport of your two witnesses. These copies do NOT need to be certified.

Step 3
Meeting to discuss your ceremony. Preferably this is in person, but due to logistics sometimes its necessary to do this by telephone or skype.

Step 4
Make your choices of Vows, Ring Vows, Readings, Blessings etc

Step 5
2nd meeting to finalize all details of the ceremony (this may be the first meeting in some cases) and to set up the Order of Service

Step 6
Pay the balance of the fees due. This must be done no later than 21 days prior to the wedding

Step 7
Get really excited and enjoy your special day
